    To experience Mobile Profiles, you will first need to have a jailbroken iPhone or iPad with OS 3.2 or later. Jailbreaking your device should install Cydia. Since Mobile Profiles is hosted by the BigBoss repo, all you will have to do is launch Cydia and search for "Mobile Profiles" and install.
